Detailed 8 Days Tanzania Safari Adventure
Day 1: Tarangire National Park
We will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 AM and take you to a very special national park. Tarangire is known for its diverse landscape with nine distinct vegetation zones. The park is known for its abundance of ancient baobab trees (the largest trees on the African continent) that fill the landscape and create nearby animals. The rivers of the park are full of wildlife, from all kinds of birds to lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and of course elephants.
The park has the largest collection of elephants in the country, providing a unique opportunity to observe interactions between elephant families. The lunch area is fascinating with an observatory with great views of the river and wildlife (good chance of seeing games during picnics). In the afternoon we will do another game drive before continuing your stay. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 of 8 Days Tanzania Safari Adventure: Lake Manyara National Park
A beautiful tour of the Great Rift Valley to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. Although it is small (205 sq.m.) miles), the park has breathtaking scenery and is known for its lush acacia forests, giant fig and redwood trees, and its ever-growing population of baboons and blue monkeys.
Giraffes, elephants, impalas, and plenty of water buffalo are also permanent residents of the park. Hippos also live in the lake. Some unique facts about this flock include tree-climbing lions, lakeside flamingos, and eagles and white-necked eagles. The view of Lake Manyara is indescribable and a safari along the lake offers great photo opportunities with giraffes and buffalo in the foreground and the lake (and its flamingos) in the background.
Some optional excursions are available on the day, including a bike or boat ride. In the afternoon you go camping for dinner and overnight.
Day 3 of 8 Tanzania Safari Adventure: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will head to the Serengeti, the world’s most famous national park. The drive itself is spectacular, albeit long. You drive to Crater Heights and make a quick stop at the rim for a world view of the Ngorongoro Crater.
It will be an unforgettable moment for those who see it for the first time. As you slide into the Serengeti, you’ll understand why the name means “endless plain” in the local language. The area of the park is 6900 square meters. miles (18,000 square kilometers), and for most of it the plains will stretch to the horizon, challenging your senses and your perception of distance. It is home to the Great Migration, as well as 2 million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of Zebra, and a variety of antelope, including the abundant impala and Thomson’s gazelle.
When it comes to big cats and big carnivores, this is the place to look for lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and video crossings in this park. Smaller animals such as foxes, meerkats, honey badgers, jackals, monkeys, baboons, and others are also home to more than 500 species of birds. Dinner and overnight at the campsite or hotel
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day in Serengeti National Park. We are completely flexible in planning the day according to your taste. After breakfast, we played games in the park all day and had lunch at the hotel.
The park with its endless plains is home to lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, buffaloes, wildebeest, eland, wild dogs, gazelles, crocodiles, and others. You will also admire the different birds that decorate the park with different sounds.
Later in the evening, you will return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 5 of 8 Days Tanzania Safari Adventure: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Game Reserve
Enjoy early morning breakfast, inn/camp breakfast, game drive, and lunch. In the afternoon we drive to Ngorongoro Conservation. Arrival at the Ngorongoro Dialogue Area in the evening
8 Days Day 6 Tanzania Safari Adventure: Ngorongoro (Full Day) – Lake Eyasi (Jungle Adventure)
After breakfast, you will enter the crater where you can enjoy a full day’s game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most crowded African wildlife areas in the world, home to an estimated 30,000 animals, including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhinos.
The crater, which provides water and food all year round, can be home to a wide variety of animals, including wildebeest, zebra, eland, warthog, hippopotamus, and giant African elephant.
Another significant feature of this picturesque national park is the abundance of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard. We will have a picnic lunch at the crater
Then drive overnight to Karatu Lake
Day 7 of 8 Tanzania Safari Adventure: Lake Eyasi (Bushman Safari Adventure)
After breakfast, we went to the village early in the morning to go on a local hunt with the Hadzabe tribe. It’s not just a show. The jungle relies on these techniques to survive, you have to be very alert and sometimes silent as they show that they use locally produced poisons to take out the poor creatures that depend on them for survival. Lunch at a bushman campsite before driving to Karat for the night
Day 8: Lake Eyasi – Back to Arusha
You will wake up at breakfast. Around. 8 you go back to Arusha.
